Activity
Our social for the bank holiday is a day out at the stunning Leeds Castle in Kent. The castle has a special medieval festival for the bank holiday featuring medieval music, a tournament with jousting knights on horseback, blacksmithing and coin minting. Medieval food and drink available. Step back in time to the days of King Henry VIII. The castle was founded as a Norman fortress and has hosted many Queens of England. There is a special exhibition on the early 20th century era of Lady Baillie who made the restored castle a famous hospitality venue for statesmen and film stars.
