Activity

A 10-mile linear heritage cycle ride, the majority on traffic-free cycle lanes through the historic parts of London. We use CS9 cycle superhighway through Chiswick and Hammersmith. We then join the Thames Path, passing Fulham Stadium, Hurlingham Park, Putney riverside and Cheyene Walk with many blue plaques. We cross Albert Bridge to enter Battersea Park, with lakeside cafe and picnic areas. After visiting the Power Station we explore Chelsea and Belgravia with its many hidden squares of Georgian mansions. Ride suitable for all cycles. People without cycles can hire bikes (normal, Brompton and electric) at the start. Website links to hire services.
