A 15-mile circular walk south of Amersham, taking in Old Amersham and the stained glass of Holy Trinity Church, going through Penn Wood and running adjacent to the River Misbourne. A planned 45-minute break at The Squirrel pub approximately half way.
Refreshments
The Squirrel at Penn Street for a pint. Bring a packed lunch if preferred.
Travel
Amersham Station is served by the Metropolitan line and Chiltern Railways. There is a multi-storey car park close to the station which is advertised as free on Sundays.
