Activity

4-mile walk via Brent Valley, canals and landscaped estates. Meeting at the Clocktower Cafe we join the Grand Union Canal, then via Brunel's three bridges to Norwood Green. We leave the canal, eventually coming to The Plough Inn and heading across a delightful meadow to Osterley Park. Stopping for tea and cake at Stables Cafe, we then wend our way through rural paths, past the Hare and Hounds pub, a slight detour through ancient Long Wood where we rejoin the canal and back to the Clocktower Cafe.

Refreshments

Two cafes and two pubs on the way. No packed lunch required.

Travel

Hanwell Station (Elizabeth line) just 5 minutes from start. Many buses stop outside venue. Limited free parking short walk from start.
