Osterley Park Walk

Activity: This 6 mile circular walk caters for "Sunday strollers" enjoying the paths and lake in the park, walking along the canal and then route through fields, and secluded woodlands. We return to the park at the end of the walk where you can visit the magnificent Osterley house, the tea rooms or the grounds where you can admire the birds on the lake or the Jersey cows on the farm.
Refreshments: Late morning coffee/early lunch break for 45 minutes at the pub - The Fox, or bring sandwiches and drinks for a picnic by the canal. You can also stop at tea rooms at the end of the walk.
Travel: There is parking on Jersey Road and there is a National Trust car park in Osterley Park at the cost of £3.50 a day. If you park here it is a 10 minute walk to the start point at the park entrance. Osterley station is situated on Great West Road and there is a walking time of approximately 2 minutes from the station to start point of the walk.
