New Members Walk

Date: Sun Oct 12th

Organiser: Paul and Bev

Cost: Free (quarterly surcharge payable by casuals)

Activity: 8 mile circular walk. The walk starts along the canal and goes off towards Bucks Hill and through various farms, one owned by one of the (Jimmy) Carter family where John Carter was a church warden in 1597

Refreshments: Pub lunch or packed lunch

Travel: Kings Langley station can be easily reached on the London Midland service from Harrow and Wealdstone station. Check travel info for train times and rail works. By road, take the Kings Langley exit from from the roundabout at J20 of M25. Turn right at next roundabout before Kings Langley village, then at the junction at the end of the road turn left for the station car park just a few yards along, or right (almost opposite) for Kings Langley station

Start: 10am prompt in front of Kings Langley station by the main road (not station car park side)

Finish: Around 4pm at Kings Langley station
