Medieval Medway

Cost: Accommodation is £45 (total) per person (£10 event surcharge payable by casuals). Deposit of £12 required up to Jan 1st, full payment required thereafter.
Activities: Saturday: From the hostel, 10 mile circular route through the adjacent county park to the Kent Downs, to see the 360 panaramic views across the Medway and Thames estuaries, over to Canterbury and beyond, and back over to London. Sunday: Visiting one of the historic sites in the area, either the Royal Docks, Rochester or Leeds Castle.
Refreshments: Breakfast included in accommodation cost. Packed lunch required for Saturday Walk. Tea shop in country park. Saturday evening meal out in Rochester. Sunday: Cafe lunch.
Travel: Direct trains from Charing Cross. Car sharing to be arranged.
Accommodation: Staying at Medway YHA. A traditional Kentish Oast House in a country park setting. Staying in 2 bed rooms only.
