Leith Hill Mountain Biking

Activity: 22 mile trail from Dorking to the Surrey Hills (AONB). We will take in a several climbs and some fast descents. We will reach summit of Leith Hill (highest point in SE England) and pass through several picturesque Surrey villages. The ride is based on Ride 8 (24 rides around London) extended to take in route to Dorking. Stops at tea shop or pub at Gomshall village, plus lots of choice in Dorking at end. This ride is more difficult than the ride on the 10th March and will require an off-road bike. Joint ride with London Cyclists.
Refreshments: Gomshall has choice of pub and tea shop. Also cafes in Dorking at the end.
Travel: Train from Harrow and Wealdstone at 8.59 to arrive at Dorking via Clapham before the start. You can also get to Clapham from Shepherds Bush or Willeseden Junction stations. 4 trains each hour.
Start: 10:50 am prompt at Dorking station, Dorking, Surrey, RH4 1QA
Finish: Around 4:00 pm at start point
