Insurance
Our group public liability insurance covers organiser's liability for:
- Quiz nights, dance nights, skittles and other officially arranged socials
- Bowling, squash, tennis, golf, ice skating, croquet
- Swimming in a pool but not sub-aqua diving
- Cycling, including mountain biking and mountain cycling
- UK hostelling, walking, rambling, orienteering and treasure hunts
- Canoeing and windsurfing on inland and non-tidal water (e.g. lakes and reservoirs)
- Conservation activities on Hostel grounds and elsewhere
- Organisation of attraction visits
- Any activity where instruction is provided by YHA, e.g. at Edale
- All other activities of a non-hazardous nature
