The End of CornwallDate: Thu-Mon Apr 21st-25th Organiser: Phil Cost: Accommodation is £80 (total) per person for the four nights (£10 event surcharge payable by casuals). Deposit of £20 required. Activities: Phil plans to lead moderate / challenging walks along the South West Coast Path on two days - one probably taking in all or part of the stretch between Land's End and Penzance, the other probably taking in the stretch between Zennor and St Ives. As Phil hasn't been to Cornwall before, he'll probably organise some sightseeing on the other day! Refreshments: Meals are available at the hostel, self-catering also possible. Bring packed lunch on day walks. Travel: Around 300 miles / 6 hours from Harrow by car. Car sharing to be arranged nearer the date. Accommodation: We're staying at YHA Penzance, which is around 20 minutes walk (or a short bus ride) from the centre of the town (address: Castle Horneck, Alverton, Penzance, Cornwall, TR20 8TF).
