Cha Cha ChaDate: Sun Jul 10th Organiser: Phil Cost: Free (quarterly surcharge payable by casuals) Activity: A 22 mile circular walk with few, mostly gentle, gradients. Starting from Watford, we walk through Cassiobury Park and on to Chandlers Cross, then to Church End, where we join the Chiltern Way. This takes us across the Chess valley and around Chorleywood to Chalfont St Giles, from where the South Bucks Way takes us to Chalfont St Peter (did you spot the 3 "Cha's"?). From there, we walk down to the Grand Union Canal, which takes us back to Watford. Pace will be around 3 mph. Refreshments: Bring packed lunch Travel: By train: Metropolitan line to Watford (NOT Watford Junction). By car: 8 miles from central Harrow. Free on-street parking.
