Camping - SussexDate: Fri-Sun Jul 27th-29th Organiser: Brian G and Dean S Cost: £20 for 2 nights, plus £10 per car (£10 event surcharge payable by casuals). Activities: Camping in Weald of Sussex on new camp site on working farm. Site is next to steam railway and has several National Trust gardens nearby. We will arrange hike around Ashdown forest. Dean is arranging horse riding at Danehill stables and mountain biking in the high Weald area. The campsite has live music every week and musicians can camp for free (have to perform acoustic show at campfires). Farm shop on site plus information centre on local area. Refreshments: Café on site plus pubs within 2 miles. Barbecue on site. Travel: Trains from Victoria to Haywards Heath, 6 miles from campsite. Car share to be arranged with those going.
