Camping at the Abbey

Cost: £10 for the 2 nights (£10 event surcharge payable by casuals)
Activities: Camping weekend at a new campsite to us. Next to the roman city of Cirencester. The campsite allows campfires and is based on an organic farm with its award-winning farm shop and cafe. We will explore Cirencester on Saturday including the Roman amphitheatre and famous park (linked to Pope). On Sunday we will do a 10 mile hike visiting Bibury, called "the most beautiful village in England" by William Morris. On Monday we will visit Chedworth village and its Roman villa.
Refreshments: Café on site, barbecue on Saturday
Travel: Trains to Kemble from Paddington. Car share to be arranged. Full directions will be sent to all those booking in.
