Aldbury WalkDate: Sat Jul 2nd Organisers: Efisia and Anna Cost: Free (quarterly surcharge payable by casuals) Activity: Approx 9 mile circular walk from Aldbury to Ivinghoe and back. A varied walk through fields, hills and woodland. A couple of smallish ascents with beautiful views over the Chilterns. Refreshments: Bring packed lunch and snacks as no pub/café on route. Plan is to have tea at café near Bridgewater Monument or drinks at pub in Aldbury at end. Travel: By car from north-west London: A41. Parking in village near the duck pond beside the village green, right in front of Memorial Hall. Tring station is about a mile away if you decide to come by public transport (infrequent buses to start point).
