Activity
We will be taking a leisurely 8-mile walk with a spring in our step, stopping at Wimbledon Park Lake and the All England Tennis Club, heading on to Wimbledon Common and a visit to its famous windmill. Here will be a cafe stop. We continue on to Richmond Park to visit a special 40-acre garden and ponds, after which we move on towards Richmond, taking in Pembroke Lodge and King Henry's Mound, and just before descending into Richmond we will take in the breathtaking views offered by Turner's viewpoint. Finishing the day off with refreshments by the river.

Two tea stops and pub at the end. Bring a packed lunch (optional).
Travel
Start point 10 minutes' walk from Wimbledon Park Station. Richmond Station at end point. Both stations are on District line. Chargeable parking near both stations.
